ABOUT THE SOCIETY

Bighorn Heritage ATV Society works with Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development to to retain the access level that many ATV enthusiasts currently enjoy in the Bighorn backcountry.

Our non-profit organization is made up of great people who work together to maintain environmentally friendly trails for all users. We strive to be an advocate for those who love recreational opportunities in the back country and our team works together to upkeep trails, create diversion ditches, manage general cleanup to ensure users continue to have the opportunity to ride the trails we all cherish.

MAINTAINING OUR TRAILS

Trail safety and maintenance is a team effort. Thank-you to our members and supporters for doing your part. 

ATV maintenance is crucial to the riding community and the land within our trail systems designated for ATV use is often multi-purpose, so it’s imperative that the community bands together to ensure respect and care of the land.
